The room was a nice size and well-equipped with 2 balconies when upgraded. the restaurant was wonderful and the breakfast was fresh made and nice hot with smoked salmon and the bakery and fresh orange juice. The position of the hotel was perfect, we were able to venture into all parts of the city by the local and tourist buses. We could walk around the old town to the fantastic squares and gardens. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was excellent for our purposes.

We think it would be useful to have one main english channel on the television and one english newspaper in reception.

the room is tastefully decorated and a nice size with a view. the hotel is in an ideal and exceptionally nice position and the airport is 0.5 miles away.

Great affordable hotel with excellent staff and a café bar. Recently refurbished rooms are functional, with comfortable beds, mini balconies, and large bathrooms. - Magnificent location near the café outside the palazzo. - Appetizing eggs and bacon for breakfast. - Good service throughout the venue.

It was a great stay, no more to add. Can not blame you for the rain that poured down on out main seightseeing day, monday!

The room was large, elegant, sunny and very comfortable, with a large and well equipped bathroom. Service was excellent (in terms of cleaning, borrowing of iron, information specifically requested). Hotel very well situated, central and on a main street, but not noisy.

When we asked the otherwise very agreable and helpful receptionist about where to eat and what to do, she did not inform us that our stay coincided with a very important feast day in Valencia, involving processions, fireworks etc. We nearly missed the festivities, which would have been a great pity. Of course, the receptionist was under no obligation to inform us of the event, but the omission seemed rather strange to us. There was also a serious problem regarding an attempt on the part of the hotel to change our reservation (made a month previously) the day befoe we arrived, but I have put this in the complaints section).

Everything here was high quality, and the weather was warm; thoroughly enjoyed it. the location was optimal - close to the Palace of Marques dos Aguas. - Top-class personnel at the reception desk for 10 minutes. - the breakfast offered was freshly made and nice and hot.

The hotel and rooms were charming and very comfortable to stay in. Staff were very helpful and friendly particularly the cleaners

Convenient Location and Great Amenities! 🌟 I stayed in a queen room that had an in-room safe, storage space, and climate control. It was super handy being close to all the major sights.

I particularly liked the fact that members of staff remembered us even though we were last there 5 yrs ago. Also the location is excellent.

The location was perfect, deep in the old town within easy walking diatance of beautiful sights, shops and restaurants. A hidden gem!

The superior double room I stayed in was air conditioned and had a lovely view overlooking the ceramics museum. the hotel is located in a central area close to bars, restaurants, and places of interest, making it convenient for exploring Valencia's major sights in the older part of the city, as well as shops.

I am a sinlge mom, travelling with my 9 years old daughter. we arrived to the hotel at around 6am... and they let us checkin immediately. It was so nice of them. The hotel room is big and beautiful! Our room faces right at the Museo Nacional Ceramica, lovely! And so very very close to the centre, super location!

Perhaps due to our early arrival, the room was not completely cleaned, we found empty bottles beside the bed, used glass and soap in the bathroom. But, when I ring the reception, the girl came and took care of it immediately.

Very responsive hotel staff at the reception desk, everything was high quality. The breakfast is fresh made with view on Museum of Ceramics, has good food.
